Attention have released a lyric video for their new single, “Tattered Youth”. The video was compiled with the help fans from around the world who had the chance to choose a line from the song that meant something special to them. The song is the title track to the band’s new album which is set for an independent May 22 release.

The Statusfear Singles Series

Statusfear Media is happy to announce the launch of the Statusfear Singles Series.

The Statusfear Singles Series will focus on releasing unique singles, videos, and art from some of our favorite independent bands.

The first single to be released is Johnnyrook‘s alternate acoustic version of “Serves You Right”. The second single will be the title track to Attention‘s forthcoming new album, Tattered Youth, along with a music video. New music from Lake Avenue and Roman Ships will follow later in May.

The Statusfear Singles Series is an ongoing project, and we will continually look to partner with like-minded independent musicians.

Johnnyrook To Play Rock The Vine 3

Johnnyrook is teaming up with Rock The Cause to perform at this summer’s Rock The Vine event

On Saturday June 9, 2012, musicians and “cause rockers” will join forces with Rock the Cause and Compatible Technology International to rock the beautiful Saint Croix Vineyards in Stillwater, MN to create local impact in the global fight against world hunger!

With performances by Halloween, Alaska, Solid Gold, White Light Riot, Farewell Milwaukee, Johnnyrook, Lynhurst, and Savannah Smith, concert attendees will delight in a day of music, food, wine tastings, and more, all while benefiting a great cause. A very special musical guest will be announced on 4.30.12!

Set within the heart of the St. Croix River valley, wine and music lovers will be treated to rock, folk, and plenty of opportunities to dance in the picturesque surroundings of this stately Minnesota vineyard. Saint Croix Vineyards is generously donating 50% of all wine by the glass sales on the day of the event to Compatible Technology International. Ticket sales, which include three price levels, also benefit CTI.

Hope For The Nations Tour Update

Our friends in Your Memorial (Facedown Records) recently finished up their first annual Hope For The Nations Tour. Statusfear Media was fortunate to be involved in the tour, designing the official tour admat and t-shirt, as well as promoting the tour via statusfearmusic.com.
